We're located behind the San Marcos Civic Center Sprinter Station on the 4th floor of the large "First Choice" building. If you are coming on a SATURDAY, please call ahead to be let into the building. This is because the building is locked for all of our safety due to the security guard being off duty.

Pricing

$75 new patients, $60 for renewals! Special discount for seniors, veterans, and disabled. Home visits available, inquire for details.
